Training Approach

Training is facilitated in real-time, providing the benefit of hands on learning. Delegates interact with the facilitator and each other, as with any other classroom experience. This allows for a cooperative online learning environment, where participants can share knowledge, engage in positive discussions and work together.

Learners stay actively involved and continually strengthen their knowledge gained. Group leaders cultivate a supportive atmosphere, enabling participants to self-evaluate, generate ideas and plan for professional advancement in the workplace.

Participants utilise the combined expertise of the group to explore relevant issues, while group leaders sustain a discussion that is both suitable and professional.

Learnerships are structured in 12 month long programmes in which a learner engages in theoretical and practical learning. Successful completion leads to an occupational related qualification registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

All our training learnerships are accredited with SETA and we are a registered BPESA vendor.

 BPESA’s mission is to promote South Africa as a premier offshoring destination, stimulate local job creation, FDI and ensure excellence in service delivery and management across the GBS sector including CX, BPO, Digital and Professional & Shared Services sector.

The primary objective of our training is to ensure that the knowledge acquired is applied successfully, adding real value and making a visible difference to work performance in the business environment.
